Certified Organic Sesame Seed Paste; organic sesame seeds are traditionally stone milled and then hand roasted by artesian techniques to produce exceptional roasting qualities and the most creamy & smooth tahini you will ever taste. Slowly stone-milled and has a light and mild creamy taste with a hint of sweetness. As sesame seeds are already hulled, the colour is a bit more whitish than unhulled tahini. Light roasted & double roasted are available. Double roast has a darker colour and is stronger in aroma and flavour. It is better for the Asian pallet. Organic Tahini (Sesame Paste) is made from 100% sesame seeds.
