Ready in 25 mins, Serves 6-8 person,
Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8):
1. Fill a deep pot with 1 L water and bring it to boil
2. Place 1 kg of fish cutlets in a deep dish, pour 1 packet of Tean’s gourmet paste for steaming fish over it
3.Put the dish of fish over the boiling water and steam for 20 mins.
4.Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
Ingredients:Onion, Cooking Oil, Sugar, Lemongrass, Torch Ginger, Salt, Chilli (4%), Garlic, Tamarind, Laksa Leaves, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Turmeric, contain Citric Acid (E330) as permitted acidity regulator and Modified Corn Starch (E1414) as permitted thickener.
